SMS Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
1. What We Text
Boost Group LLC (formerly Fine Engineering Solutions), which operates Boost Appliance Service and our fitness-equipment repair service, sends text messages as Boost Group to customers about service they booked with us: appointment confirmations and reminders, a notice when the technician is on the way, links to estimates and invoices, and replies from our office. We do not send marketing text messages.
Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per service visit. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. How Customers Opt In
Customers give us their mobile number when they book a service visit by phone, with our office staff or our automated phone assistant. Before we send any text, the agent reads this script:
Agent: “Before I let you go — as part of our service, we can send you text messages from Boost Group about this service visit: appointment confirmations and reminders, a text when your technician is on the way, and links to your estimate and invoice. That's usually 2 to 5 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our SMS terms are at boostapplianceservice.com/sms-terms and our privacy policy at boostapplianceservice.com/privacy-policy. Would you like to receive these text messages — yes or no?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Agent: “Great — you'll get a text confirming that shortly.”
We only text customers who answer yes. The consent, its date, how it was given and who recorded it are saved on the customer's record in our customer management system. Customers who decline are contacted by phone or email instead.
Right after opting in, the customer receives this confirmation:
“Boost Group: you'll receive texts about your service appointments, estimates and invoices. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
3. Opting Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (551) 212-1920 or appliance@boostgroupusa.com.
4. Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
